SA Monitor 17 Could not send email An invalid parameter was supplied.

The Send Test Email button works OK on SA Monitor 16, fails on SA Monitor 17.

Experimentation indicates it is probably complaining about the "Trusted Certificates:" field.

This value works OK on SA Monitor 16, not on SA Monitor 17:

   C:\Users\Breck\Downloads\Equifax_Secure_Certificate_Authority.cer

Tried doubling the backslashes, did not help.

( Note: Had to turn on "less secure apps" to get smtp.gmail.com to work again: https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps )
