I have Sybase sqlAnywhere V9.0.2.3886 but I think there are few EBF's were not applied when it was updated, how can I check which EBF's are applied?

This should not be an issue: EBFs are cumulative (See: http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1019567 ), so if you have applied 9.0.2.3886, all of the updates since 9.0.2 "GA" (9.0.2.2451) will be present.

FYI, the last available EBF for 9.0.2 is 9.0.2.3951 for Windows x86 / x64.

EBFs are cumulative so the 3886 tells you that you have all the changes up to and including build 3886.

FWIW the last build for Windows x86 and x64 is 3951.
