Hello all,

My company has been OEM partners with Sybase going back ages.

It seems to be near impossible to get the new folks in gear as far as renewing. Even when you are willing to pay 3 grand. I'm not getting a response out of my rep and seem unable to navigate sap's website to get the right people. My customers and I have been shut off from updates for over 2 years now.

I really want to get going with the latest Sybase 16 soon and could maybe use access to the updates for Sybase 12... My rep doesn't call me back... SAP website is a labyrinth. help!

Sorry to hear about the issues you're running into - let me contact the manager of the OEM renewal team to ensure a rep gets in touch with you. Hopefully we can get this sorted out ASAP! Regards, Mike

Thanks Mike, we actually exchanged emails about 6-8 months ago regarding this topic. Last I heard was that the papers were in legal and well then the line went dead.
