Has anyone had any success dealing with SAP and getting an authentication signature and an OEM version ? I am trying to do this for the first time and getting nowhere fast.

Can I ask what problems you are having? Can you email me separately with the company name and the email address that was used to request these signatures? My email is first_name.last_name@sap.com. I will then follow-up with the team who manages this to see what is happening.

I have tested the process and retrieved signatures within a relatively short period of time (the website states 2 business days but I received the email in less than an 1 hour.

Did you get a confirmation that the request was successfully made and that the signatures should be sent out within 2 business days?

I have emailed you separately and I did get a confirmation to wait two days. I have done that twice, but nothing else showed. I have checked spam filters blocked mail etc
