Hai Sir,

I have Sybase Power Builder 6.0 backup i.e backup files like bank.db and bank.log files. So I do not have Sybase Power Builder 6.0, I have Sybase PB 9.0. I am restore using dbsrv8.exe bank.db then server started. But Interactive SQL error message Invalid UserID/Password Database not Started.

Parameters: UID=DBA,Password=sql,dbn=bank

Please help me any way to restore option Sybase Power builder 6.0

Obviously the password of the DBA user is not the default anymore. You will have to ask the person who gave you the bank.db for the correct credentials. If you lost the password you will have to contact Sybase Support, they might be able to help you...
