Apparently it comes with Wordpress: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/posting-source-code/

I use it too (in my blogspot thing and on my website) but I think I'm using an older version and I need to upgrade.

If you do use it, I believe you should make a donation; I did, and will again when I upgrade.

I am looking into having some sort of syntax highlighting on the SQLA site, but whether we use this one or a different one is TBD. Integrating the syntax required by this tool (adding "class=brush: sql" to the <pre> tag) with markdown may be an issue.
