I must be missing something... it looks like one can only view scripts that are stored in a synchronization model.

You need to add the consolidated database to your MobiLink project. Then, under the consolidated database's tree node you will see the same folders as you do when in "Admin Mode" in version 11 (Tables, Connection Scripts, Synchronized Tables, etc.)

PS by Breck: ...and you need to actually connect to the consolidated database from the "Consolidated Databases" folder in the MobiLink project, after which the "Synchronized Tables" and other familiar subfolders will appear.
