I'm having a hard time finding documentation on migrating Oracle 12c to SQL Anywhere. I've tried to use the Migrate Database Wizard but I'm stuck at creating a remote server that fails to connect. I'll need some help with determine the proper syntax for the connection information field, which I assume is asking for a connection string.

What is the exact message you are getting when it "fails to connect"?

What version of SQL Anywhere are you using?

Has SQL Anywhere been successfully installed, and are you able to connect to a SQL Anywhere database?
