Please be aware that the SAP SQL Anywhere Forum will be shut down on August 29th, 2024 when all it's content will be migrated to the SAP Community.

The readme file for the newest 17.0.6.2806 EBF/SP seems incomplete, it does not list any fixes at all: alt text

(That should show a screen shot, but unfortunately, I got a permission denied while uploading...)

That does apply to the files both in the SAP Support Portal and in the EBF Readme Site.

EDIT: It does also apply to the local readme.html in the actual download for Windows, it's likewise rather "empty", just 4 KB.

So does SP now mean "Surprise Package"? :)

We are investigating and will update the readme shortly.

I know nothing about the readme problem but I did fix the problem with uploading stuff to the forum.

Hm, Graeme, it still cannot upload that file...

Try renaming the file to have a .png extension (rather than .PNG).

No, renaming the file to .png does not work, either.

This issue has been resolved with an updated SP that is now available for download. There was no change to the software binaries just the readme file.

Thanks for the updated delivery!

FWIW, could you also exchange the readme file in the EBF readme site?
