Generally, invoke your recovery strategy. Go to your backup and apply logs until you bring the database up to date. If you are interested in salvaging data from that particular file because, for example, you have no backups then you can contact tech support. They provide a (paid) data salvage service. I can't say for sure but I think if the problem can be confirmed to be a bug in current software then the fee is waived. It's impossible to know whether the data will be salvageable. Given the error, you could have a single bit wrong in the file or potentially huge swaths of the file that are corrupt (overwritten by another program, cross-linked files, media failure, etc). -john. |
