I already bumped into that page but it doesn't mention anything about windows server 2012. Probably because it's still very new. Although is there any support planned for 11.x or will it only be supported on 12.x and higher?

Sorry, I've linked to the wrong page - the (still unanswered) question is here - and yes, it seems that both 11.0.1 and 12.0.1 as active versions are affected:

We are actively working on testing Windows Server 2012. Expect the info to be updated in the days-to-weeks timeframe.
