Do you mean the Sybase Central/DBISQL help system? Can you use the version 11 on-line documentation?

I can use the online system, but want to use the Sybase Central/DBISQL help system

Sybase central works, when you start it via terminal, there is just a warning: dyld: DYLD_ environment variables being ignored because main executable (/bin/ps) is setuid or setgid. This is 'cause global environmental variables are not supported anymore in OSX 10.8. iSQL works too, but the sa_help_launcher doesn't work anymore. I think, this is a problem of the very old eclipse-version, which is the base of the helper system

SA 11 is not yet supported on Mountain Lion. I don't know when an update will be available. If you describe a little what you're trying and what you're seeing maybe someone can offer suggestions to help you out. Maybe.
