What happens when you try it without the -ci option?
the same error - "Out of memory"
What version and build of dbmlsync are you using?
What OS are you using?
How much memory/disk is free on the handheld before you start dblmsync, and it the database engine already running, or does dbmlsync auto-start the engine?
Does the out of memory pop up as a dialog box?
