Difference between REORGANIZE TABLE … KEY|INDEX and ALTER INDEX … REBUILD

I am wondering if the result of executing REORGANIZE TABLE … KEY|INDEX and ALTER INDEX … REBUILD is the same or whether there are differences between these two statements?
