Hello, I'm having some problems regarding the dll is dbodbc *. dll.

See the error:

Cannot load dbodbc.dll library (error code 126 ). The dbodbc.dll library may be missing from the system path or you may have an incompatible version of the library installed

How to Solve the above problem in Windows 8 and Windows Server 2008?

If you are sure, that the dll exists in the PATH, then part two of the error message applies to you, you seem to have a 32/64bit mismatch between executable and dll.
