For the beta testers of the new SQLA2 site: What are the features you like the most compared to the current SQLA site? Some suggestions
(Yes, I raise this question to document and collect what nice improvements have been made...) asked 01 Mar '11, 12:59 Volker Barth Mark Culp |
This is not necessarily a feature, but I am most excited about both the eventual inclusion of the old newsgroup data and the new questions and answers from the newsgroup community. Of your list, promoting comments to answers is my favorite, followed closely by nested comments. answered 01 Mar '11, 14:36 Siger Matt 3
Yeah, the NNTP import will be the most important and exciting part, I agree - but we will still have to be patient for now:) Replies hidden
...or accept the NNTP archive here, sigh.

I like the easy upload of images without having to care about an image hosting service. I guess by this means one can explain more with pictures than with words in SQLA2... (for issues where this will help:) answered 01 Mar '11, 20:35 Volker Barth |
Based on the frequency my comments contain typos or formatting issues, one of my fresh favourites is the ability to edit comments (according to Graeme - at least for 60 minutes after they have been created). answered 05 Apr '11, 09:10 Volker Barth |
