isql GENERATE option should include final semi-colon

The very handy option to generate INSERT, UPDATE etc statements from the right-click on the ISQL Results Window has a minor flaw. It omits the command separator on the final line of code (it's is included on earlier lines). This is easily missed when you are pasting statements into a bigger script!
