Where to get the current jconn4 (jconn3) drivers

Hi All

I would like to download the latest jconn4.jar driver for SQL Anywhere 17.0.4 for OS X and Windows 64 bit. The only URL I have from a previous post here is http://www.sybase.com/products/allproductsa-z/softwaredeveloperkit/jconnect But this is not valid any more.

I also found in the SAP Store trial version for Adaptive Server by searching with SCN ADAPTIVE SERVER ENTERPRISE SDK as mentioned in a post. But there is no OS X version available

Can anyone help me where to get the current jconn4.jar driver for OS X and Windows?

By the way, I don't really understand why the jconn3/4.jar drivers are NOT included in the database anymore? Or do I miss something?
