We look to assess the performance of our Mobilink and Oracle consolidated servers for download synchronizations.

From reading the answers to other mlreplay questions in the forum, I understand that mlreplay does not apply updates to the remote database in a download synchronization.
i) However, does the load one would observe on the Mobilink server AND the consolidated database the same as the original recording?
ii) That is, in replaying the download synchronizations, are all the requests to the consolidated server the same despite mlreplay not using the results of the requests?

Thanks!

Assuming both the MobiLink server and Oracle databases are in the same state as before the original recordings, and assuming there are no behaviour-changing interactions between the synchronizations (eg. sync1 for remote A affects outcome of sync1 for remote B), then yes, you should see very similar load.
