[closed] accessing database from another computer

i'm using phpmyadmin as a backend in which i use mysql front end i'm using vb.net 2k8 in one system my application exe file will run and it should retrieve data from other machine and it should update it accordingly based on timer i need to connect it by specifying the ipaddress of mysql server
