How can I convert a Transact procedure to Watcom-SQL (Sybase Central) ?

With Sybase Central 4.3 I can right click on a procedure name in the explorer view and select "Translate to Watcom-SQL" or "Translate to Transact-SQL" from the popup menu.

I can't find this feature in SC 6.1. Any ideas where to find that now?
