We have a client with this setup:

http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1054827

They had an issue were records were being input into the database, but then later were not there. Are there any known issues on how something like this could happen?

The inserted rows are missing from primary or the mirror db, or both?

What leads you to believe that the problem is related to mirroring? For example, have you tried doing any log analysis to see if the record transactions were actually committed (and not subsequently deleted by user action)?

The client says that the data disappeared during the mirror process. I will check the log files to see if I can find anything.

It seems that it could actually be more of a database issue and not an issue with the actual mirroring?
