Will SQL Anywhere v11.0.0 EBF 1264 run on Windows 7?

According to the support site (http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1002288), Windows 7 is only supported on 11.0.1 EBF #2324, 10.0.1, and 9.0.2.

Thanks

AFAIK, 11.0.0.1264 was the GA version, i.e. the first delivered version from 2008 (way before the release of Windows 7), and 11.0.0 is no longer actively supported. Are there specific reasons why you cannot migrate to 11.0.1?

Yes, SQL Anywhere 11.0.0 (any EBF) will run on Windows 7. We performed our tests under Windows 7 using SA 11.0.1 EBF #2324 and that is what is reflected in our website. Our standard practice is to test any new version of Windows with the latest EBF available for all active platforms.

Even though we did not fully test SA 11.0.0 under Windows 7, we are confident that the software works without any issues. We have customers running the server in this scenario and everything is working fine for them.
