Hi. When going to "Help - SQL Anywhere 17 - Help topics" in Sybase Central, the application hangs for 5-6 seconds and presents the following error: "The web page is not accessible". All my co-workers has the same issue, and it has been like this for a while. And I cannot seem to find an online resource for SQL Anywhere 17 anymore. What is happening? Is it a fix coming? SQLA 17, EBF 6315, Windows 10. Regards, Bjarne Anker Maritech Systems AS Norway |
The latest SQLAnywhere 17 documentation is here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/product/SAP_SQL_Anywhere/17.0/en-US Or, there is the older DCX version of the doc here: https://dcx.sap.com/ The DCX doc used to be located at dcx.sybase.com until recently. That might account for Sybase Central being unable to find the help pages. 2
The URL used by SQL Central in your release is http://dcx.sap.com. SAP has recently stopped access to the help server via http. You now need to use https. The software needs to catch up. A new release of the software containing a fix has not been published yet. The change is in version 17.0.10.6358 or later.
