Today Kaspersky 10 identifies the file ulrtc16.dll of SQLA 16.0.0.2076 as a threat and will remove (delete) it if configured so.

I would suggest to check this file via virustotal.com and, if the results are ok, report the false positive to Kaspersky.
Only Kaspersky has a problem with the file...
Then you could inform Kasperky here: http://newvirus.kaspersky.com
Kaspersky confirmed this to be a bug in their anti virus software and they will fix it with the next update...
