Can transactions still run against the consolidated dB while MobiLink Server is synchronizing?
Thanks!

Absolutely.
It will clearly increase the chance of locking and blocking, but as far as the consolidated database is concerned, the MobiLink Server is just another bunch of connections executing SQL.
