SQL Anywhere 11 install

Backwards compatible? I am supporting older aps that use iAnywhere 11 dbs. Need Sybase Central to access the db files, and modify MobiLink scripts.

AFAIK, ML 16 does not support v11 consolidated databases, cf. that doc page.

On contrast, the v16 db server can certainly run v11 databases.
