Hello,

I use a Sybase databse Sql Anywhere Studio 6.

I want migrate to Sybase ASA 9 or 10.

I have a installation CD and Licences off this products, but I have a bugg with these 2 version.

I search latest EBF for ASA 9 or 10 and I can't find it...

On the web site Sybase, I have created a account, I See the EBF files but I can't download, option is locked.

Anybody have a link or FTP for download theses EBF ?

Thank you very much

Hello Robina,

The Sybase EBF download page was locked from anonymous public access as of June 30th, 2014. The site is still active for download if you previously had an active support account with Sybase and your MySybase account had those permissions. This information was discussed on the forum previously here, here, and here.

If you didn't previously have a support plan with Sybase, EBFs ("SPs" or Support Packages" in SAP terminology) are only available through the SAP Support Portal ( http://support.sap.com/ ) or the SAP Service Marketplace ( https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/support ) with a valid SAP Support contract.

Once you have a valid support contract with SAP, you can find the current SQL Anywhere SP download links here (Note: 10.0.x and 11.0.x are only available in the Service Marketplace 'Archive' section):

Hello,

Thank you for your response Jeff.

I am a old customer, We have the 6,7,8,9 and 10 licences versions for Adaptive Anywhere. But we use only the version 6. I have not been notified by email or letter change about downloads. Now that I need it I no longer have access. Does anyone have the latest versions of ASA 9 or better ASA 10 ?

I'm stuck and can not migrate to my new system so that everything runs smoothly.

A big thank you in advance
