While I checked the newest 12.0.1.4104 EBF for Windows, I was puzzled that the "Sybase Downloads / EBFs Maintenance" page still lists the EBFs with the "Heartbleed" OpenSSL vulnerability but does not list the according fixes (16.0 Build 1824 and 12.0.1.1824):

The same seems to be true with EBFs for Linux, whereas other platforms seem up-to-date, when compared with Breck's Latest EBFs overview.

I'm aware that this Sybase EBF Download Page is going to be closed in a few weeks but I think until then it should contain all current EBFs, particularly those with critical fixes...
