Anybody konw that how to integrate sql anywhere with customized application? in this integration, no any SQl anywhere installation process would be execute. Does it OK ?

Yes, you can create a custom setup for the SQLA components. Check the deployment wizard, it helps you create custom setups.

SQL Anywhere is just build for that task as embedded (aka "invisible") database - it's a core goal of the product.

In addition to Martin's recommendation (which I second), you can also add the required files to your install "by hand", confine the complete "Database and application deployment" topic in the docs, so the Deployment Wizard is just one easy-to-use facility among many others...
