I will assume you're looking for the 12.0.1 Windows x86/x64 EBF...?

I suspect there might be some confusion now while visually scanning for Windows EBF downloads on the EBF download page. Since changing over to posting EBFs on both sybase.com and in SAP Service Marketplace, current EBFs for Windows are now listed underneath a new category just called "Windows" on sybase.com. The older "Windows x86", "Windows x64" and "Windows x86/x64" categories are no longer used.

The latest EBF for Windows is 12.0.1.3967, available here.

A build greater than 12.0.1.3996 is not available currently.
