Installed Sybase Anywhere 12.0.1 on 64-bit Xubuntu 12.04. First had problems starting it at all, but solved with this posts help: Sybase Central for Ubuntu on 64-bit

Now Sybase Central starts, but never gets past "Loading mlplugin.jar plug-in..." message. The jar file is present in file system.

Which version of SQL Anywhere 12.0.1 are you using exactly? Have you applied any EBFs?

If EBF = Electronic Bug Fix then no. 64-bit Linux version?

Sorry, yes my apologies for using the short form. "Express Bug Fix" (EBF) is what we call patches for SQL Anywhere.

Our patch site information is available on my user profile information. Here's the link for Linux x86/x64 12.0.1.3759 EBF:
