I need the Tray Icon for the dbsvr12.exe! We create a service and the database is running, but there is no system tray icon with the small monitor window we know from our sybase 7 installations. I just found the the information about the -qi param, but by default the tray icon should be visible?! |

Services cannot interact with the desktop in Vista and later operating systems. This is an OS restriction imposed by Microsoft for security. |
