This is not the answer I expected, I wanted something more approximates to a specific day. But if that's what, we can do nothing...
Well, to be more precise, let's say the beta is available since 2009-12-18...
As I mentioned on my blog, we are signing up interested Beta program participants now, so when the beta software is available, there are a large number of people ready to go.
