The forum will experience an outage sometime between February 10 at 7:00pm EST and February 12 at 11:59 EST for installation of security updates. The actual time and duration of the outage are unknown but attempts will be made to minimize the downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience.

While I checked the newest 12.0.1.4104 EBF for Windows, I was puzzled that the "Sybase Downloads / EBFs Maintenance" page still lists the EBFs with the "Heartbleed" OpenSSL vulnerability but does not list the according fixes (16.0 Build 1824 and 12.0.1.1824):

The same seems to be true with EBFs for Linux, whereas other platforms seem up-to-date, when compared with Breck's Latest EBFs overview.

I'm aware that this Sybase EBF Download Page is going to be closed in a few weeks but I think until then it should contain all current EBFs, particularly those with critical fixes...

See Jason's update here for an explanation as to why the SPs/EBFs were removed. The fix was incomplete.
