Yes, DCX is not responding - The computer is alive and responding to requests from within the SAP/Sybase firewall but is, for some unknown reason, not responding to external requests :-(
A high priority ticket has been created for IT to resolve the issue. I'll reply here when whatever is broken gets fixed.
