a stored procedure exists but I can't find it using "Sybase Central", anyone could help me please??

Do you have other SPs that are shown as desired?
Generally, Sybase Central shows only database objects for selected owners - so you mave have to select the appropriate owner if he's not already selected. (We often create objects for owner "dbo", and these are not shown by default.)
